Tan Nguyen
President / Operations
Tan Nguyen is the owner and one of the founders of Pro Signs & Branding. He enjoys working with people and seeing their professional growth. Tan's first experience in the sign industry was in his 20s selling Signtronix signs. It was probably the toughest job he took on, but most likely prepared him for his future in the sign industry.
One of his favorite Pro Signs projects was a collaboration with artist Tavares Strachan. The project featured “You Belong Here” in 10ft neons that floated down the Mississippi River. We were able to see the neons light up the Mississippi River from the Crescent City Connection.
When Tan is not working in the office, he enjoys traveling with his family.
Chris Nguyen
Partner / Head of Sales
Chris Nguyen is a founding partner of Pro Signs & Branding (PSB) and the founder of Pro Signs & Graphics (PSG), PSB's sister company. In 2004, Chris started PSG in his garage with only his wife and brother, Peter, and has since grown it into a thriving business. In 2016, his brother & founder of PSB, Tan Nguyen, joined the team. Chris purchased the building that houses both PSG and PSB in 2005. Everyday Chris is busy designing and installing signs. He has two children in high school and is grateful for his wife's support in the early days of PSG, where she helped plot and apply vinyl. Outside of work, Chris likes to play volleyball.
Amanda Kishbaugh
Project Manager
Amanda Kishbaugh has been with PSB for 6 years, and during this time, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in signage. She is committed to continuous learning and development, and strives to learn something new every day. Amanda takes great pride in all the signs PSB has produced, and is particularly delighted when customers express satisfaction with their signage. When she's not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her children Ava and Sean, attending church, budgeting, and indulging in online shopping.
Monica Tymon
Account Executive
Monica has been at PSB for two years and has learned to prioritize clients with open communication. Although she finds it difficult to choose a favorite project, she recalls a boat-shaped sign for West End Plaza as a challenging and rewarding experience. She also loves the French Quarter neon sign projects she has worked on. Prior to PSB, she worked for 12 years at Pro Signs & Graphics, gaining experience in graphics, production, ordering, estimating, and permitting.
Dai Nguyen
Account Executive
Ms. Dai Nguyen has been with Pro Signs since 2005 and takes pride in contributing to the beautification of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding southeastern cities with Pro Signs’ premium signage. Each of our signs is custom built with care to ensure higher quality for all our customers. She has witnessed the company grow from a small garage operation to a multi-million-dollar enterprise that is expanding nationally. Previously, she owned her own sign company and partnered with a Houston-based firm for five years. Her notable sign projects include Bluebonnet Square, Dong Phuong Restaurant, and Elements. Outside of work, Ms. Nguyen enjoys interior design and flower arrangement, bringing a well-rounded approach to her work.
Trevor Norris
Designer
Trevor Norris has been working with PSB for two years. He enjoys his work and his favorite projects are the ones that he gets to pass by locally and see every day, as he feels proud to have contributed to their creation.
Trevor's educational background is in graphic design, having attended and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has worked for various firms and companies throughout the southern region of the United States in the field of graphic design.
Apart from his professional work, Trevor enjoys creating content on social media and traveling during his free time.
Frank Gray Jr.
Account Executive
Frank Gray Jr. is an experienced sign industry professional. He started Brightway, once the largest sign manufacturing company in Louisiana and the Gulf South, in 1977. Since joining Pro Signs & Branding in November 2022, he has focused on developing new accounts, like Metairie Bank, and reconnecting with past clients. He managed many major sign projects including Capital One Bank, University Medical Center, and more. Frank also purchased S-One Gaming, which held a gaming device manufacturing license in Florida. He earned an Executive MBA from Babson College and Delgado. In his free time, Frank enjoys coastal sailing, bluewater sailing, international travel, flying, waterskiing, snow skiing, and scuba diving.
